Mailing Schedule: Ballots will begin mailing on September 19th. If you haven’t received yours by October 1st, contact the County Clerk’s Office so they can assist you (609-989-6464).
Returning Your Ballot: Once completed, we strongly recommend you drop your ballot into any secure Mercer County Drop Box. The Hopewell Valley drop box is located at the Township Administration Building on Pennington-Washington Crossing Road.
Provisional Voting: If Election Day (November 3rd) arrives and you realize you either have not received your VBM ballot or can’t find it, you can go to your assigned polling location and complete a provisional ballot in person.
Opting Out of VBM: If you prefer to remove your name from the VBM list and vote in person on a machine, you must fill out the opt-out form. The deadline to submit this form is September 1st.
In-Person Voting: For non-VBM voters, in-person Early Voting runs from October 24th through November 1st at the Pennington Fire Company. On Election Day, you can vote directly at your assigned local polling place (listed on the sample ballot mailed to your residence beforehand).
